How do I log into GoGuide 2.0?

To log in to GoGuide 2.0:

• Open your email inbox and locate the “Welcome to GoGuide” email. Click on the ‘Confirm’ link in the email to be taken to the GoGuide login page.
• Before logging in, click “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to set up a new password.
• Once your password is reset, go to nl.goguide.io and enter your username and password.

If you’re having trouble logging in:

• If you are an administrator, make sure the GoGuide administrator has granted access to your user id.
• If you are not an administrator, make sure your administrator has granted access to your user id. 
• Make sure you have confirmed your e-mail address with the confirmation link sent.  If you don't have one or can't find it, contact support at https://support.goguide.io/hc/en-us
• Try resetting your password again using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
