A: To update the cost of a booked trip, follow these steps:
- Go to the Bookings or Schedule tab and select the booking you want to edit.
- Click on Edit Booking and ensure you are under the General tab.
- Scroll down to find Unit Price.
- Most unit prices are listed as price per person rather than price per group.
- To change the total group cost, enter the new TOTAL cost under Unit Price.
- Switch the unit of measure to Group.
- Click Continue.
- You will be prompted to send an email to the customer with the update. This step is optional.
- Verify that the new total cost is correctly updated on the booking card.
