Whether you're booking a trip for a group of friends, couples, or colleagues, GoGuide makes it easy to add multiple customers and split payment between them.
✅ Step 1: Open the Booking
- Go to the Bookings tab from the left-hand menu.
- Select the booking you want to update.
➕ Step 2: Add Additional Customers
- In the Customer Info section of the booking, click the blue “Add” button next to the existing customer.
- Fill out the new customer’s name, email, and phone number.
- Repeat for each customer you’d like to add to the trip.
💡 Tip: Make sure each customer has a valid email address—this is how invoices and receipts are delivered.
💳 Step 3: Split the Payment Between Customers
Once all customers have been added:
- Click Collect Payment on the right-hand side of the booking.
- Type in the amount you want to charge the first customer.
- Use the list to select that customer’s name.
- Choose your payment method (e.g. invoice, card on file, manual entry).
- Click Charge or Send Invoice.
Then, repeat the same steps for each additional customer:
- Enter the amount
- Select the next customer
- Choose the payment method
- Send or charge
💡 Example: For a $600 trip split between two people, charge each customer $300.
🧾 Step 4: Track Payment Progress
- Each individual payment will appear in the Payment Table.
- You’ll see how much has been paid and what’s still owed.
- The Remaining Balance updates as each customer completes their payment.
