The Fix / Dismiss feature helps you stay on top of incomplete bookings—whether you're missing a payment or forgot to assign an asset.
How It Works
When a trip is missing a key action (like collecting payment or assigning a resource), you’ll see a pop-up notification.
You’ll have two options:
✅ Fix
Clicking Fix will take you directly to the place where you can resolve the issue:
- Missing asset? You’ll be brought to the Reschedule Flow to assign it.
- Payment not taken? You’ll be brought to the Collect Payment screen.
🛑 Dismiss
Clicking Dismiss will remove the notification permanently for that booking.
🧠 Important Note: Dismissing the alert does not solve the problem—it just hides the reminder for the lifetime of the booking. You can still fix it later by going into the booking manually.
