You can easily set up pre-trip reminders (like emails or texts) for your customers. Here's how to do it:
1️⃣ Click “Add”
This will start a new reminder entry.
2️⃣ Select the Type
Choose Email or Text. This decides how the reminder will be sent.
3️⃣ Enter the Number of Days Before the Trip
Type how many days before the trip date you want the reminder to be sent.
For example, entering 3 will send the reminder three days before the trip.
4️⃣ Choose the Correspondence Template
Pick from your available preset templates (e.g. “Booking Confirmation Reminder”)
Or select Custom if you want to write your own message.
5️⃣ (If Using Custom) Write Your Message
If you chose a custom template, type the message you want your customers to receive in the Text box.
6️⃣ Click the Save Button
Don’t forget to press the save icon to store your reminder!
Once saved, your reminder will automatically go out to your customers on the scheduled day.
If you want to add more reminders (e.g. one a week before and another the day before), just repeat these steps for each one.
