Refunds are processed directly from your Stripe balance (if available) or from your connected bank account.
While you have the option to refund the full amount the customer paid, please note that Stripe fees are non-refundable. If you choose to refund the entire balance, you will be responsible for covering those Stripe fees. GoGuide fees, however, will be returned.
If you’d like to issue a partial refund, you can do so in your Stripe account:
Log in via Settings → Payment Settings in GoGuide.
Go to Payments and locate the payment you want to refund.
Choose to refund the desired partial amount.
Important: If you refund directly through Stripe, it will not automatically be reflected in the GoGuide platform. Please make sure to add notes on the booking in GoGuide to keep your records accurate.
For full refunds, we recommend processing them directly through GoGuide for the easiest and most seamless experience.
